About me
I have always been deeply passionate about supporting people through change and helping them navigate life’s many pathways. For over 13 years, I have led Benchmark, supporting individuals and businesses through periods of growth, challenge, transition and development. Alongside recruitment, I have worked strategically with organisations to help them get the very best from their people whilst also supporting the wellbeing, confidence and resilience of their teams.
Throughout my career, I have seen first-hand the impact that stress, burnout, low confidence and self-doubt can have - not only within working life, but across every aspect of a person’s wellbeing. These experiences inspired me to expand my work into coaching and solution-focused therapy, providing people with practical tools and compassionate support to help them manage stress, rebuild confidence and move forward with greater clarity and calm.
I am a qualified Solution Focused Practitioner, fully insured, and hold an enhanced DBS certificate to support my work with both children and vulnerable adults.
