Our first session together will be an Initial Consultation, giving us the opportunity to really get to know one another and explore your best hopes for therapy and support.

Ongoing sessions typically last around 60 minutes and are carefully tailored to you, your goals and your individual pathway.

Throughout our work together, I will guide you through supportive tools and techniques, often incorporating Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, neuroscience, motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to help you build greater calm, confidence and clarity.

You remain in control at all times, and together we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Many clients also find the relaxation and hypnotherapy elements of sessions deeply calming, helping them feel more settled, focused and able to switch off from the pressures of everyday life.
